We had the pleasure of hosting CCA’s VIP networking lunch in Glasgow on 25th April to recognise and celebrate the organisations committed to excellence in customer service through CCA Global Accreditation for Customer Experience©. It was an inspiring event filled with celebration, recognition, and a shared commitment to raising the bar in service and experience.


A highlight of the day was DVSA Customer Service Centre's Gold Award win, a testament to their unwavering dedication to improving performance and enhancing the customer experience.
