The Digital Advantage
CCA Global, in partnership with ITN Productions, has launched a news and current affairs-style programme, The Digital Advantage.
The programme investigates how the customer care industry is responding to the opportunities offered by digital technologies, the pitfalls to avoid, and what is most important in developing a single or omni-channel strategy.
National newsreader, Natasha Kaplinsky, hosts The Digital Advantage – which features interviews with industry leaders, a studio debate, hosted by Louisa Preston, and a sponsored editorial profile with Genesys and Atom Bank CEO, Mark Mullen.
‘The Digital Advantage’ launched on 17th November, the second day of the CCA Convention 2016: Digital Social Mobile, in Glasgow.
