CCA Global and ITN Productions Cross The Digital Divide

The Digital Advantage

What is the future of consumer care? How much power will social media savvy customers wield, and how should businesses respond?

CCA Global, in partnership with ITN Productions, has launched a news and current affairs-style programme, The Digital Advantage.

The programme investigates how the customer care industry is responding to the opportunities offered by digital technologies, the pitfalls to avoid, and what is most important in developing a single or omni-channel strategy.

National newsreader, Natasha Kaplinsky, hosts The Digital Advantage – which features interviews with industry leaders, a studio debate, hosted by Louisa Preston, and a sponsored editorial profile with Genesys and Atom Bank CEO, Mark Mullen.

‘The Digital Advantage’ launched on 17th November, the second day of the CCA Convention 2016: Digital Social Mobile, in Glasgow.

Anne Marie Forsyth, Chief Executive of CCA Global said:  ‘We are delighted to once again be partnering with ITN Productions this year. It has helped to raise the profile of customer service and highlight the complexities that organisations and consumers face in our day-to-day customer experiences.  We’re looking forward to continuing our partnership into 2017 and extending the programme to reflect the industry as it undergoes digital transformation.’

Simon Shelley, Head of Industry News, ITN Productions said: ‘The customer care industry, like many industries, is facing a new challenge – how and when to embrace new digital technologies so that they enhance the customer experience. ITN Productions has enjoyed working with CCA Global, and we look forward to bringing you a programme with important insights for all businesses who care about their customers – whichever channel they choose to make contact.’
