CCA Awards Gala Dinner is the ultimate celebration of customer service and CX excellence.

CCA Global Accreditation© is the recognised accreditation programme demonstrating customer service excellence. Awards will be presented to those making a long-term commitment to continuously improving customer experience by adopting the accreditation as a fundamental part of their core operating model. 5-year, 10-year, 15-year and 20-year awards will be presented on the night.

CCA Excellence Awards are regarded across industry as the ultimate recognition for customer service excellence celebrating talent, initiative, innovation and best practice.
