We are delighted to invite you to the first CCA Digital Transformation Forum hosted by the NHS Business Services Authority (NHS BSA) team at their new Newcastle site on 20 February 2025.
This in-person forum is a dedicated space for leaders to explore the evolving role of AI, automation, and technology in customer service. We will delve into cutting-edge developments, share expert-led insights, and present case studies to guide organisations on their transformation journeys. Participants benefit from intra-group benchmarking, discussions on AI's impact, and strategies for enhancing customer experience in the digital age.
