CCA Launches new Women in Leadership Awards Programme
CCA Global is delighted to announce the launch of the new CCA Women in Leadership Awards, a groundbreaking initiative designed to celebrate and recognise exceptional women in customer service and customer experience roles, across private and public sectors.
Building on the success of the existing programme, these awards mark a significant step forward in CCA’s commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and equity within the community.
The CCA Women in Leadership Awards offer a unique platform to acknowledge leadership excellence at all levels, inviting applications from a broad spectrum of organisations, including in-house operators, outsourcing and BPO providers, as well as technology, training, and supplier communities.

- Champion of Diversity & Inclusion (NEW)
- Emerging Leader
- Inspiring Leader
- Leadership in Technology (NEW)
- Mentor of the Year (NEW)
- Trailblazer in Innovation (NEW)
These seven categories are crafted to specifically recognise women at various stages of their career and development, highlighting those who have made substantial contributions to their fields and communities.

Winners Announced: 28 November 2024
The winners will be announced at a prestigious CCA Women in Leadership Awards Lunch in Manchester on 28 November.

Costs to Enter
CCA Members can enter the programme - each entry costs £500 plus VAT and includes an invitation to the CCA Women in Leadership Awards lunch hosted in Manchester on 28 November. Additional guest passes can be purchased at a cost of £149 plus VAT per person.
Non-members are also invited to enter - the entry fee is £1,000 plus VAT per entry. Each entry includes an invitation to the CCA Women in Leadership Awards lunch.
