Dr Liberty Vittert was introduced to the CCA network in November 2017 presenting her views and ideas on the reality of CX measurement. Since then she has contributed to round-table discussions and debates, stimulating new ideas and thoughts on how we consider producing meaningful information and data to support CX improvements. 

Most recently Liberty has considered if homeworking is a productive and positive step for organisations to take in today's uncertain climate. 

She joined the CCA Summer Convention in June 2020 to explain more.
