An invaluable element of this year's programme is peer to peer learning. Case studies from a wide range of participants will bring to life the quarterly topics, allowing other participants to investigate new techniques and tactics based on proven experience and ROI.

Liz is a leading consumer affairs journalist, broadcaster and author and has extensive knowledge of consumer concerns. She is a distinguished journalist who developed an early interest in consumer affairs in her role as money adviser with Citizen's Advice Bureau.
Melanie Howard, Chair, Future Foundation
Melanie co-founded Future Foundation in 1996. She was part of the team that invented our nVision service and inaugurated the trends-based approach to socio-economic research with which the company builds value for clients.
Ben Page, Chief Executive, Ipsos MORI
Ben joined MORI in 1987 after graduating from Oxford University in 1986, and was one of the leaders of its first management buy-out in 2000. A frequent writer and speaker on leadership and performance management, he has directed hundreds of surveys examining service delivery, customer care and communications.
Professor Carsten Sorensen, London School of Economics
Carsten is a leading expert on mobile information technology. He is also a reader within the Department of Management at LSE and since 1986 has studied ICT-based innovation. In the past decate he has focused on two strands: the innovation of mobile services at work and infrastructural service innovation.
