The Centres of Excellence initiative, showcases CCA Certified members, and forms the stage for recognising and promoting leading practice across our industry.


Many organisations have been undergoing CCA audits for several years and their experience in this area has allowed us to award Centre of Excellence status.  Each year a series of events are organised to showcase CCA Centres of Excellence across a range of topics ranging from HR developments, effective partnerships and innovation in customer experience measurement and application.
